“I have been living at Cardinal Pointe since 2013 and the building, grounds and facilities are maintained by a top-notch staff.”

The residents here are very friendly, whether meeting them in the hallways or at a game of cards, Bingo, a birthday party or other event. We have a Bocce Ball court on our property and enjoy a tournament mid-summer. The underground parking is great and I enjoy many other advantages of living in a cooperative.”

I moved into Cardinal Pointe in 2000 and involved myself in the activities on a committee from the start. Working with other residents in the community, we learned the concepts of how a “co-op” works.

“With the death of my husband four years later, I found a family I never expected. The love, support and security I found were beyond my hopes… The decision to move to Cardinal Pointe is on the top of my list of “Best Choices” made.”

“We have been at Cardinal Pointe since 2013. After checking out a number of retirement options, we found Cardinal Pointe the best one around.”

“The variety of unit floor plans makes the community unique and personal. There are many social and activity opportunities, a spacious exercise room, library, multi-purpose room, workshop area and a car wash, all freely to use. We are thoroughly enjoying the comforts and security Cardinal Pointe provides…”

“I’ve been a member of Cardinal Pointe of Maplewood since we opened in 2000. I like the co-op concept of being an owner with a vote in selecting a board to run our home efficiently, financially and safely. We have a full-time Property Manager and Maintenance Engineer to help us live a carefree lifestyle and make things easier for us as we age… We are close to many everyday needs, St. John’s Hospital across the street, drug store a few blocks away, Costco just around the corner, a library and Maplewood Mall within walking distance.”

“There are nine different floor plans to choose from. Having a washer and dryer in each unit is a plus. Having lawn care and plowing services are also a plus. A small fee to be on our wait list and it won’t be long and you’ll be calling Cardinal Pointe your home.”

“For 19 years we lived in a condo and had to replace a furnace/air, two hot water heaters and two garage door operators, etc. Since moving to Cardinal Pointe, we have left the tools and worries behind. Bob raved about not having to worry about the repairs and replacements… Moving helped us to get rid of certain items… We have plenty of room for the items we kept with a good-sized pantry cupboard and plenty of other storage around the unit.”

“We feel like guests in a very special place, a guest who is treated like the family we are… There are a variety of committees and activities to be a part of. If you choose to be very active you’ll be welcomed with open arms… We want to welcome you to our family here at Cardinal Pointe.”

“I have been at Cardinal Pointe since 2015, but I knew on day one it was where I wanted to live… It sits on a beautiful wooded lot, yet it is conveniently close to all kinds of necessities, ie: medical facilities, banks, food and retail shopping, restaurants, library and quick access to freeways and other main roads… Residents make up the committees and they take great pride in “their home”.”

“There are many activities available, i.e. various kinds of card games, bingo, parties, catered-in meals on occasion, an exercise class, bible study, movies, bocce ball, informational meetings and board meetings. You can be involved as much as you want or not at all. The fact that you earn 2% interest on your investment is a big plus – that’s more than the banks offer. I think it is a “good deal!””

“Cardinal Pointe is senior living, but where seniors continue to grow and enrich their lives.”

“I recently moved to Cardinal Pointe in August 2015. I researched various senior living communities before deciding on Cardinal Pointe. It offers many amenities including ownership, which was a high point for me. Although I am an owner, Cardinal Pointe takes care of the maintenance, not only outside, but also inside of all the units. Since I have been here, my furnace and washing machine have malfunctioned. Cardinal Pointe fixed them immediately at no cost to me. This is comforting to know there won’t be any unexpected costs.”

“All the folks here have been very welcoming… It is starting to feel like home. I also love the underground parking. It makes it easier to venture out during the cold winter days. Overall, I feel like I have made a good decision choosing Cardinal Pointe as my home.”
